I had a great experience staying at Kasa Downtown. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Vivant Arena and other attractions. The locked garage and general security of the site gave me peace of mind. The facilities in the unit were top-notch, with plenty of room and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was a bonus. The small gym had everything I needed for a quick workout. The answering service was very helpful and provided great customer service.

There were a few minor cons, such as the small shower and the lack of a desk as advertised. However, these didn't significantly impact my stay.
